Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing Time

Each order goes through quality inspection, discreet packaging, and shipping confirmation to ensure safety and a premium experience.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Processing time may be extended during public holidays.

  • During peak periods (such as promotions and new product launches), processing may take slightly longer. Thank you for your patience.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


2) Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain and discreet packaging.
No product names, sensitive wording, or adult-related information will appear on the outer package or shipping label. Your privacy is fully protected.


3) Estimated Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

Delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier performance.

  • United States (Standard Areas): 7–15 business days

  • United States (Remote Areas): 12–25 business days

  • United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Other Countries: 7–20 business days depending on destination

Tracking updates may be limited or temporarily unavailable for certain routes, especially remote or international deliveries.


4) Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Address changes can only be requested before the order is shipped.

  • Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.


5) Remote Areas, PO Boxes & Military Addresses (Important)

Remote Areas:

  • Delivery may take 12–25 business days.

  • Tracking updates may be limited or unavailable during transit.

Remote Area + PO Box Addresses:

  • Once shipped, no refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided for delays, loss, or failed delivery.

  • Please place your order only if you accept this risk.

Military Addresses (APO / FPO / DPO):

  • Due to delivery restrictions and verification limitations, no refunds, replacements, or after-sales claims will be accepted once shipped.

  • Please place your order only if you fully understand and accept this risk.


6) Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:

  1. Please check mailbox, porch, garage, side/back entrance, and surrounding areas.

  2. Ask family members, neighbors, or building management.

  3. Contact the local carrier immediately to request a GPS delivery scan or delivery investigation.

Once a shipment is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
Lost or stolen packages after delivery are not refundable.
We will provide reasonable assistance and supporting documents if required by the carrier.


7) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and may incur duties, VAT, or other import taxes charged by the destination country or region.

Export-related fees are covered by us.
Unless otherwise stated, any import taxes, customs duties, remote area surcharges, redelivery fees, return handling fees, or charges caused by non-serviceable areas are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is delayed, returned, or cannot be delivered due to customs regulations, unpaid taxes, or local restrictions, we will assist where possible, but related costs and risks remain the responsibility of the recipient.

We reserve the right to interpret and adjust this policy within the limits of applicable law.


8) Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, failure to pick up within the carrier’s holding period, or local delivery restrictions:

  • Reshipping fees may apply.

  • If the carrier disposes of the package due to overdue pickup or customs rejection, no refund or replacement will be provided.


9) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or government policy changes.
